This Partial Termination of Development Agreement (“Termination”) is made and entered into on this day of , 2021, by and between THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF LEHI CITY, an entity created and organized under the provisions of the former Utah Neighborhood Development Act, the former Utah Redevelopment Agencies Act, and current Utah Community Development and Renewal Agencies Act (Utah Code Ann. Title 17C, Chapters 1-4, 153 as amended) and any successor law or act (“Agency”), whose address is 153 North 100 East, Lehi, UT 84043, LEHI CITY, a municipal corporation of the State of Utah (“Lehi City” and Agency are collectively “City” for purposes of this Termination), AFCC Limited, a Utah limited partnership, whose address is 2733 E. Parleys Way, Suite 300, Salt Lake City, UT 84109 (“AFCC”), and CRM Investments 2, LC, a Utah limited liability company (“CRM”). Collectively the parties to this Termination may be referred to hereinafter as “the Parties.”
