THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this day of November, 2020, by and between the City of Joplin, Missouri, a Missouri Municipal Corporation, hereinafter referred to as “City,” and WCA Waste Corporation, a Delaware Corporation, hereinafter referred to as “WCA,” and with City and WCA being referred to collectively as the “parties.”
