This Intergovernmental Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into, pursuant to Oregon Revised Statutes (ORS) 190.010 to 190.0301 and Revised Code of Washington (RCW) Chapter 39.342, by and among counties and cities, local agencies, regional governments, and special districts in the RDPO (i.e., Clackamas, Columbia, Multnomah, and Washington counties in Oregon and Clark County in Washington) and RDPO-adjacent Oregon counties that employ building-related staff (each agency hereto is referred to individually as a “Party” and are herein collectively known as “Parties”).
