This Purchase Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into this day January 2019 by and between the City of Bethel, a municipal corporation (hereinafter “Buyer”) and KENWORTH TRUCK COMPANY, a division of PACCAR Inc. (hereinafter “Seller”). Buyer and Seller may be referred to in this Agreement individually as a “Party” and/or collectively as the “Parties.”
