This BUSINESS ASSISTANCE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into and to be effective as of , 2019 (“Effective Date”), by and between the CITY OF LOVELAND, COLORADO, a home rule municipality (the “City” or “Loveland”), and TRI-POINT OIL & GAS PRODUCTION SYSTEMS, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company registered to conduct business in Colorado (“Tri-Point”).
