These Terms and Conditions of Service constitute a legally binding contract between the "Company" and the "Customer", and apply to all services provided to “Customer” by the “Company”. In the event the Company renders services and issues a separate document containing Terms and Conditions governing such services, the Terms and Conditions set forth in such other document(s) shall govern those services.
