For 2024, we have funds budgeted in the capital improvement fund to begin the design of a proposed new shared use path connecting Green Pines Park with the Villages at Bright Leaf subdivision (see Exhibit A). This project, which is federally funded, is planned for construction in 2025. A program agreement with MoDOT, which secures the federal funds for construction of the project, has been executed.
