This Direct Deposit Services Agreement (the “Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you or the company that you are authorized to represent (“Customer”) and iSolved HCM Services, LLC (“iSolved”), formerly an affiliate of Sage Software, Inc. (“SSI”) that had a doing-business-as name of “Sage Payroll Solutions”. On February 21, 2019, SSI sold iSolved and iSolved is now a separate company. More information about this sale can be found here.
