This document sets forth the terms and conditions (the “Agreement”) for the Direct Business and Direct Business Plus Internet Banking Service (“Service”) offered by ZB, N.A dba California Bank & Trust (CB&T) (“us”). In this Agreement, “you” refers to each owner and authorized signer on the accounts that may be accessed through the Service. Your use of the Service constitutes additional evidence of your agreement to these terms.
