GULLS AMATEUR HOCKEY ASSOCIATION- LONG ISLAND GULLS 14U-18U TEAM CONTRACT, 2023-2024 SEASONApril 4th, 2023
Under this Season Contract, the Gulls Amateur Hockey Association, Inc. (the “Gulls”) and the Parent(s) signing below agree that, if selected for a Gulls travel hockey team, the Child/Player named below will play for the Gulls, and that such Child/Player and the Parent(s) will abide by the provisions of the Contract as set forth herein. Once the Child/Player has signed the USA Hockey Team Roster to play for the Gulls, the Child/Player is subject to the New York State Amateur Hockey Association (the “NYSAHA”) player movement rules and will need a release from the Gulls to play for another team registered with the NYSAHA during both the current season (2023-24) and the following season (2024-25). The NYSAHA Player Commitment Form will bind the player to the team and the team to the player for the current season. Under the provisions of the Player Contract form, releases are not
