(“Box”) is making the Box Service (as defined below) available to you (“You” or “Your”) because You are a faculty member, staff member or student of Stanford University (“Educational Institution”) or You have otherwise been invited by Educational Institution to access and use the Box Service. Please read these terms of service carefully before using the Box Service. These terms of service govern Your access to and use of the Box Service and constitute a legally binding agreement (this “Agreement”) by and among You, Box and Educational Institution.
