(“Jinko”) generally provides the Warranties set forth herein to the original purchaser and its permitted successors and assigns (“Customer”) with respect to all solar photovoltaic modules sold by Jinko under purchase agreements signed on or after July 1, 2019 (“Modules”), subject to the terms and conditions herein (“Limited Warranty”). Jinko and Customer may hereinafter be referred to each as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
