This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) sets forth the terms and understanding between Digital Promise Global (“Digital Promise”) and Marshalltown Community School District to create innovative learning environments and document the Project so others can learn from the experiences of Lenihan Intermediate School, Marshalltown High School and Miller Middle School (“the Project”).
