Scholastic Book Fairs, Inc. provides all of the necessary merchandise to conduct successful book fairs throughout the district on an as needed basis. The purpose of this Amendment is to replace Exhibit A with Exhibit A- Revision 1, which modifies the commission rates for book fair sales. Participating schools shall work with this firm to select a date for their event and retain a commission of net sales in accordance with Exhibit A – Revision 1.
