These General Provisions are attached to and made a part of the respective Letter Agreement or Master Agreement, dated April 3, 2023 between City of Ankeny, Iowa (“Client”) and Olsson, Inc. (“Olsson”) for professional services in connection with the project or projects arising under such Letter Agreement or Master Agreement (the “Project(s)”).
