This Interlocal Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between the City of DeSoto, Texas, on behalf of Southwest Regional Communications Center (hereinafter referred to as “SWRCC”), a local law enforcement agency, and the Dallas Independent School District, (hereinafter referred to as “Dallas ISD”) a Texas political subdivision providing secondary education, on behalf of Franklin D. Roosevelt High School (hereinafter referred to as “Roosevelt HS”) (collectively “Parties”), and sets forth the roles and responsibilities of the various Parties in regard to connecting, through Career and Technical Education also known as CTE, Roosevelt HS students to work-based learning opportunities with Southwest Regional Communications Center (the “Program”).
