THIS RENTAL AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is by and between the 32nd District Agricultural Association, ("Association"), commonly known as the OC Fair & Event Center (“Fairgrounds”), and Crutchfield's Fish & Chips ("Renter"). Association and Renter may be collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
