The Interlocal Agreement (the “Agreement”) is effective as of 22nd day of April, 2022 between Dallas Independent School District (the “ISD”) and Texas Tech University, on behalf of its College of Education to create a Principal Leadership Academy Program (“TTU Principal Fellows”). Dallas ISD and Texas Tech University may be individually referred to as “Party” or collectively as “Parties”.
