On October 28, 2020, City and Consultant entered into City of Chico - Professional Services Agreement (Agreement). On July 30, 2021, City and Consultant amended the Agreement in part (Amendment No. 1). City and Consultant mutually agree to amend the Agreement in part as provided herein (Amendment No. 2).
