This Marketplace Supplier Agreement (the “Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions governing access to the Ashlando.com Website (the “Site”) to sell products under the Ashlando.com Marketplace Program and an agreement between you or your agent. agreement between Ashlando.com and Ashlando.com. By registering as a seller, you (on your own behalf or on behalf of the company you represent) agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. "Ashlando.com" as used in this Agreement means Ashlando.com and "you" or "Supplier" means the applicant (if you are applying to the Marketplace as an individual) or the business that employs the applicant (if you are registering as a business in the Marketplace Program).
