This Embedded cryoSPARC Live™ License Agreement (the “Agreement”) is an agreement between the Licensee (as defined below) and Structura Biotechnology Inc. (the “Licensor”). This Agreement is applicable to your access to and use of the Embedded cryoSPARC Live™ Software (the “Licensed Software”). By installing, accessing or using the Licensed Software, the Licensee acknowledges that it understands and agrees to be bound by this Agreement. If Licensee does not understand or agree to be bound by this Agreement, do not install, access or use the Licensed Software.
