This Agreement to Buyout and Release (this “Agreement”) is entered into between 1347 Advisors LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“1347 Advisors”), and 1347 Property Insurance Holdings, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“PIH”), and is effective as February 24, 2015.
