This Agreement, consisting of this Managed Opportunities Program Account Application (Application), the Managed Opportunities Program Client Agreement (Client Agreement), the Managed Opportunities Investment Strategy Summary (Summary) and any forms or documents referenced therein, including but not limited to the Managed Opportunities Program Client Agreement Addendum whenever applicable, and the Managed Opportunities Program Additional Instructions Form (collectively the, Agreement) is entered into by Securities America Advisors, Inc. (SAA), the client(s) whose name(s) appear immediately above, and who have executed, this Application (Client(s)), and, if applicable, the independent registered investment advisor firm whose name appears below, and who has executed, this Application (Independent Advisor).
