This Terms of Service agreement (the “Agreement”) is a binding agreement between the party identified as the customer on the Order (“Customer”) and GoldPhish Limited, a private limited company registered in England (“GoldPhish”). This Agreement governs the relationship between Customer and GoldPhish and the license and access rights to the Services, Software, Subscriptions (as defined herein) and website provided by GoldPhish. Throughout this Agreement, Customer and GoldPhish may each be referred to as a “Party” or collectively, the “Parties”.
