If Client is in a jurisdiction which restricts the use of internet-based applications according to age or where it is forbidden by law to offer or use software for internet telephony, Client hereby verifies that it and all of its Authorized Users are of the age in said jurisdiction required for such use of Services or Software under this Agreement. By entering into this Agreement, Client explicitly states that it has verified in its own jurisdiction if the use of each of the Services and the Software is allowed. Client's profile may be deleted and this Agreement may be terminated without warning if Provider believes that Client or any of its Authorized Users are underage or the use of the Services or the Software is not allowed. Provider requires that any person executing this Agreement must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
