This SERVICES AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the 13th of April 2020, by and between ANTHONY TRAVEL, LLC (“Anthony Travel”) and The Regents of The University of New Mexico (“UNM”), a constituent of the State of New Mexico, for and on behalf of its DEPARTMENT OF INTERCOLLEGIATE ATHLETICS (“UNM Athletics”).
