We refer to the stadium agreement (the “Agreement”) which shall be signed by the Féderation Française de Football and you, as owner(s) and/or operator(s) of the [insert name of stadium] (the “Stadium Owner”) as part of the bid to host the UEFA European Football Championship Final Tournament 2016 (“UEFA EURO 2016”) in France. The Agreement and this letter will be signed and acknowledged by UEFA thereafter if and only if the Féderation Française de Football is appointed by UEFA to host UEFA EURO 2016.
