This Second Amendment to Agreement for Franchised Materials Collection, Transfer, Transport, Processing, Diversion, and Disposal Services (the “Second Amendment”) is entered into on the day of December, 2022 (“Effective Date”) by and between the Central Contra Costa Solid Waste Authority, a Joint Powers Authority (“CCCSWA”), and Allied Waste Systems, Inc., a Delaware corporation, dba Allied Waste Services of Contra Costa County and also dba Republic Services of Contra Costa County (“Contractor”) (individually, a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties”).
