(“Sephora”), and the individual named during the registration, sign-up, or agreement execution process (“Influencer” or “You”) with respect to the promotion of Sephora and its products in accordance with the terms hereof. Influencer hereby executes, accepts the terms of and agrees to comply with this agreement by checking the box to accept this agreement.
