This Class Action Settlement Agreement (“Agreement” or “Settlement Agreement”) is entered into by and among Plaintiff Neil Kran (“Kran” or “Plaintiff”), the Settlement Class (as defined herein), and Defendant Hearst Communications, Inc. (“Hearst”)1 (together, the “Settling Parties”). This Settlement Agreement is intended by the Settling Parties to fully, finally, and forever resolve, discharge, and settle the Released Claims2, upon and subject to the terms and conditions of this Settlement Agreement, and subject to the final approval of the Court.
