This Agreement is between you and Trustmark™ National Bank. It governs services and electronic funds transfers via myTrustmark℠®. By using (or letting another use) myTrustmark℠ on your account(s), you agree to the terms of this Agreement, our Electronic Funds Transfers Disclosure, our Electronic Delivery Notice, and online terms and conditions for use of myTrustmark℠ (in effect at the time of such use). The terms of our Deposit Account Agreement that are not inconsistent with this Agreement also apply to the use of myTrustmark℠. You specifically agree that even if your account requires multiple signatures for withdrawals, myTrustmark℠ withdrawals may be made by one accountholder or one authorized signer/user.
