This Customer Account Agreement (the “Agreement”) sets forth the respective rights and obligations of Apex Clearing Corporation (“Apex”) and the Customer identified on the New Account Application (the “Customer”) submitted to Rize by Customer in connection with the Customer’s Account (the “Rize Account”) with Apex as facilitated by Customer’s registered investment advisor Rize Advisors, LLC, (“Rize”), a Delaware limited liability company and SEC registered investment advisor. The Customer hereby agrees as follows with respect to the Rize Account, which the Customer has established with Rize for the purpose of creating and maintaining a savings account held by Apex as custodian. To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering, Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account.
