This educational professional services agreement (this “Agreement”) is dated April 26, 2023 and is entered into between TEACH FOR AMERICA, INC. (“Teach For America”), a Connecticut non-profit with regional office located at 1311 Vine Street, Cincinnati, OH 45202 and Covington Independent Public Schools, a political subdivision of the state of Kentucky (“School District”) (each individually “a Party” and collectively “the Parties”).
