And any additional property which may later be added to the Agreement ("Property"), upon the tern1s below, for the period beginning (date),___________ and ending (date)_____________ _, at 11 :59PM or at a time otherwise mutually agreed to. Either party may terminate this Property Management Agreement ("Agreement") on at least thirty (30) days written notice ______ months after the original commencement date of this Agreement. After the exclusive term expires, this Agreement shall continue as a non-exclusive agreement that either party may terminate by giving at least thirty (30) days written notice to the other.
