Your Agreement may be funded with Federal Capitalization Grants (Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance No. 66.458). If your financing agreement is funded with a Federal Capitalization Grant, you must comply with the rules and regulations in Subpart F of Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards. These requirements include the submission of a single or program audit if you expend $750,000 or more of Federal funds during your fiscal year. The receipt of Federal funds may be directly from the Federal government or via a pass-through entity such as the State Water Resources Control Board. In addition to other reporting requirements, your Single Audit Report must be submitted to the State Controller’s Office and to the State Water Resources Control Board, Division of Financial Assistance within nine months after the end of your fiscal year.
