Customer hereby represents and warrants that (i) the signatory below (“Authorized Representative”) is either a duly elected corporate officer or the owner/proprietor of the company listed above (“Customer”) and is duly authorized to execute this Agreement on behalf of Customer; and (ii) the Application is complete and accurate.
