Customer hereby represents and warrants that (i) the signatory below (“Authorized Representative”) is either a duly elected corporate officer or the owner/proprietor of the company listed above (“Customer”) and is duly authorized to execute this Agreement on behalf of Customer; and (ii) the Application is complete and accurate. Customer hereby authorizes, without reservation, (i) EFS Transportation Services, Inc. (“EFS”) to verify the information on the Application concerning Customer, the Authorized Representative, and/or any other corporate officer, principal, partner or owner of Customer, including some or all of the following: consumer reports, investigative consumer reports, credit, criminal, and other reports (including through various federal, state and other agencies which maintain records concerning the past activities of Customer); (ii) EFS to process or otherwise manage credit transaction information in any manner deemed appropriate by EFS but at all times consistent with ap
