The postgraduate ultrasound programme is an in-service course and as such requires a commitment from both the student and the clinical department in which they are employed. The students must be able to meet the clinical learning outcomes of the programme. Negotiating clinical experience is the responsibility of the student and the employing department and not the University, although they will seek to offer advice and support.
