THIS AGREEMENT is made by and between political subdivisions organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of Minnesota. Washington County a political subdivision by and through its Sheriff’s Office (hereinafter “Washington County”) and the City of Stillwater Minnesota, a municipal corporation, (hereinafter referred to as the “City”) are the parties to this agreement.
