THIS AGREEMENT (hereinafter “Contract”) for the procurement of a Commissary Operations System including: annual software license; maintenance and support; initial data conversion; software training; and documentation needed for a complete functioning system as further described herein is made and entered into as of the date fully executed by and between the County of Orange, a political subdivision of the State of California (hereinafter “County”) and Premier Computing Technologies, Premier Computing, Inc.,a Utah Corporation, with a place of business at 385 West 2800 South, Salt Lake City, UT 84115 345 Bearcat Drive, Salt Lake City, Utah, 84115 (hereinafter “Contractor”), which are sometimes individually referred to as (“Party”), or collectively referred to as (“Parties”).
