This Data Processing Addendum (this “Addendum”) forms part of, and is incorporated into, the Prefect Software as a Service (SaaS) Agreement for the provision of Prefect services (as amended from time to “Prefect,” “Company,” “us,” “we”) and the customer entity that is a party to the Agreement (“Customer” or “you”). We may update this Addendum from time to time, and we will provide reasonable notice of any such updates. Any terms not defined in this Addendum shall have the meaning set forth in the Agreement.
