This Supplier Data Protection Agreement (the “Data Protection Agreement” or “DPA”) is entered into by and between Juniper Networks, Inc. on behalf of itself and any of its Affiliates to whom the Supplier provides the Products and Services (“Juniper”) and the supplier (“Supplier”) named in a Master Services Agreement or other contract (“Contract”) under which Supplier has been engaged to provide products and/or services (“Products and Services”) to Juniper. This DPA is incorporated into the Contract and applies to Supplier’s Processing of Juniper Data.
