This Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement (hereinafter the "Agreement") by and between Chris Prohaska & EatWell Vending (hereinafter the "Seller") and the potential Business Purchaser (hereinafter the “Viewer”) of EatWell Vending, Santa Clara, CA. Each and every reference to Seller and Viewer will be construed to include all of their respective affiliates and their officers, shareholders, trustees, directors, participants, employees, agents and /or representatives.
