(“Seller”) and the COUNTY OF ORANGE, a political subdivision of the State of California (“County”), is entered into as of , 2020 (the “Effective Date”). This Agreement shall also constitute the joint escrow instructions of County and Seller to STEWART TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY (the “Escrow Agent” and/or “Title Company”). County and Seller are sometimes hereinafter referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
