This AGREEMENT is hereby entered into between the Santa Ana Unified School District, hereinafter referred to as “DISTRICT,” and Active Holdings LLC, dba Active Ride Shop hereinafter referred to as “PARTNER.” The DISTRICT and PARTNER may be referred to herein individually as “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
