This Supercharger Agreement (this “Agreement”) is effective as of the date last signed below by and between The City of West Hollywood, a municipal corporation (“City”), and Tesla, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Tesla”). Tesla and City are each referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
