Following the review of a proposal submitted by Allina District One Hospital (DOH) regarding the redevelopment of Johnston Hall at the 8/15/ 2018 Joint Committee meeting, the Council’s comments were shared with DOH. Taking those comments into consideration, legal counsel for DOH has drafted an Agreement, a copy of which is attached. The Agreement outlines the terms and conditions to grant the City a two-year timeframe to seek out and secure a viable redevelopment project for the building.
