Blanket Purchase Agreement for Boeing Aircraft Supplies and Services The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Flight Inspection Services (FIS), Aircraft Maintenance and Engineering Group (AMEG), Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, request proposals to provide aircraft maintenance and logistics support services for the United States Marshall Service (USMS), Justice Prisoner and Alien Transportation System (JPATS) Boeing transport category aircraft in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. These aircraft are owned and operated exclusively by JPATS. The aircraft must be airworthy, in a fully mission-capable status and available for flight. The normal flight schedule calls for daytime flying, Monday through Friday. These aircraft can be expected to fly approximately six (6) unscheduled weekend air operation missions during this period of performance in support of high profile JPATS missions or national emergencies.
