This District Engineer Services Agreement (“Agreement”), effective the 19th day of May, 2023 (“Effective Date”), is entered into by and between Roxborough Village Metropolitan District, a political subdivision of the State of Colorado (“District”), and Farnsworth Group, Inc., an Illinois corporation (“Engineer”). The District and the Engineer are individually referred to as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
