The purpose of this agreement is to provide NASA WSTF expertise to NewSpace New Mexico for any of WSTF core capabilities. NASA WSTF will provide feedback and consultation to NewSpace New Mexico regarding specific areas including composite pressure systems, and materials/fluids/components/analysis for aerospace pressurants and propellants.
