THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this day of May, 2013, by and between the COUNTY OF SAN BERNARDINO (hereinafter referred to as the “County”) and Hawkins Delafield & Wood LLP (the “Disclosure Counsel”), regarding the services to be rendered by Disclosure Counsel to the County in connection with the County’s 2013-14 Tax and Revenue Anticipation Notes (the “Financing”) and regarding certain terms and conditions of the Agreement.
